We are what we eat

                              Don’t put this stuff in your body!

Corn, soy, canola oil, beet sugar, eggs, dairy, natural flavorings (they contain MSG), artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, citric acid (an additive usually corn derived).

Supplements to avoid include; L-carnitine, glandular, whey protein, fish oil (contains mercury, instead use fish free plant based algae derived omega supplements) or Iron supplements.

Instead eat spinach, pumpkin seeds, barley grass, Swiss chard, squash, asparagus, sulfur free dried apricots, alfalfa sprouts, broccoli, clover, fenugreek, lentils, mustard, sunflower seeds and kale. Of course take your Cocolaurin capsules twice a day!

Be kind to your Gut. It includes the stomach, small & large intestines, colon, liver and gallbladder. The gut contains 75-125 trillion bacteria. It is part of our core foundation emotionally and intuitively.
