Exercise, eat healthy and take your Cocolaurin(monolaurin) twice a day and “the flu can’t get you”. The flu shot was 23% effective on people over 65 this year. Does that mean that 77% of those people over 65 that got the shot got the flu? ‘Don’t get shot’ get healthy every day instead. “It’s easier to stay healthy than to get healthy” that’s what Doc Chuck has been saying for 40 years. Take 2 Cocolurin 800mg. capsules every 12 hours and stay healthy! ‘Embrace today’.
Testing for Lyme Disease is expensive and unfortunately often times comes back as a false negative.
Monolaurin(Cocolaurin) on the other hand is very inexpensive, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal/yeast, anti-inflammatory and “it might help and it can’t hurt”. So if you even suspect you have Lyme – get going with the Monolaurin(Cocolaurin)! It’s from coconuts! Start on the road to better Health today, do something good for yourself and the ones that love you.
Don’t believe the bad press that was heaped upon Coconut Oil from the 1950’s thru the 1990’s! It’ a medium chain saturated fat. Stable and it won’t make you fat, add it to your diet and let’s get healthy.
In 1948 the World Health Organization called it “a state of complete Physical, Social and Mental well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”
A current definition describes wellness as ” an active process of becoming aware of, and making choices toward, a more successful existence.”
Confusing at best.
At core, wellness implies an optimal level of spiritual, mental, physical and emotional health. But how do we reach that level?
First we have to educate ourselves about making appropriate choices on all levels as we adapt to our ever-changing environment.
While we tend to focus on physical heath, as it is the most obvious and easily seen, we are wise to bear in mind that spiritual, emotional and mental stress can have a physical manifestation. That’s why it makes sense to embrace a holistic approach to health; including the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual areas.
“It is not the mind which makes man, nor is it the body; it is mind and body. Our virtues and our failings are inseparable, like force and matter. When they separate, man is no more.” Nicola Tesla from his book ‘The Problem of Increasing Human Energy’.
A joyful, productive, fulfilling, loving and positive life, with an optimism about the future, sounds like wellness to me.
Doing your best with the hand Life has dealt you, and smiling about it, is my own personal definition of living in Wellness. What is yours?
